Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Please click the request an appointment link on the website to get started.
Do you charge for estimates?
Yes. We need to inspect your vehicle to create an accurate estimate for your vehicle. If you click “Get a Quote” on our website, we can give you a general quote of specific repairs in most cases via email.
How long does it take to get an estimate?
If we inspect your vehicle in the shop, you will get an estimate the same day. If you choose the “Get a Quote” button, we get the quote back to you in 24 hours sent to your email.
What vehicles do you repair?
We service and repair all makes and models, but we specialize in European, and Exotic makes such as Mercedes, BMW, Land Rover, Jaguar, Maserati, Ferrari, and Bentley.
Do repairs have a warranty?
Yes, all our work carries an industry leading 24 Month / 24k Mile NATIONWIDE Warranty
Do you work with insurance carriers?
No. We do not work with extended warranty or insurance companies.
Will you remind me when I need my next service?
Yes. Our system is like the dentist’s office, we will send you a digital reminder when your next service is due.
What is interval service?
Your vehicle’s manufacturer has a set schedule for services to keep your vehicle running as it should. These services usually are prescribed in mileage intervals such as 60k, 90k, etc. We will offer you interval service when your car is in for repair or regular service like an oil change.
If I am looking to purchase another vehicle, will you examine it so that I have a better understanding of its condition and valuation?
Yes, we perform pre purchase inspections. Many times, you can use the information from the inspection to negotiate a better deal with your seller.
Will you install auto parts that I buy myself?
Yes, but we do not warranty any repair that uses client supplied parts.
What should I do when my check engine light comes on?
Stop driving your vehicle and make an appointment to get it serviced with us.
How often should I get my brake checked?
Your brakes should be checked any time you hear squealing or grinding from under the vehicle when your brakes are applied. Also, if you feel pulsating in the brake pedal or steering wheel when the brakes are applied.
What type of oil do you use?
We use only the highest quality lubricants from Liquimoly
Do you have towing?
We do not offer tow service currently.
Are you better than the dealer?
Yes. Our technicians have been working here for years, and we pay them a living wage. Our technicians care very much about not only your vehicle, but the people driving in it. You don’t get that level of service at the dealership.
